📅 Deadline for Exchanges and Returns
You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving your order to request an exchange or return of any product.
This period complies with the Consumer Protection Code and gives you enough time to try, evaluate, and decide calmly.
🔁 How to request an exchange or return?
Contact our support team: Send us an email or message with your order number and the reason for your request.
Product conditions: The item must be:
In perfect condition;
Unused;
With original tags and packaging;
Accompanied by any accessories and invoice (when applicable).
Shipping the product: Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item to our center.
🕶 Sunglasses Warranty
All of our sunglasses come with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty covers:
Technical or structural defects caused by production issues.
The warranty does not cover:
Drops, scratched lenses, misuse, or accidents.
👕 Clothing Exchanges
Clothing exchanges follow the same timeframe and conditions. If the size isn't right or you want to swap it for a different model or print, just follow the steps above.
